4 Types of Sleeping Disturbances

- Parasomnia
This condition usually happens to children. It is the behavior of disturbance when they are sleeping. It is usually caused by nerves and mental. This condition includes sleep terror and sleep walking. Sleep terror is to get up suddenly from their sleep in fear, sweaty, fast heartbeat, and confusion.
Meanwhile, sleep walking is to walk when they are sleeping and they do not realize and remember it. This condition is generally experienced by 2-12 years old children. It is usually caused by syndrome of organic brain, reaction of medicine, or mental cause.
- Sleeping disturbance because of sleeping schedule
This condition usually happens in people who are traveling to the place that has different time zone, or in shift worker. This condition includes sleep state misperception (the quantity of sleeping time is different from the predictable time), natural short sleeper (less sleeping, but without disturbance), and syndrome that makes its sufferer sleeps and gets up irregularly.
