A friend of mine teaches at a university. He has kindly agreed to review a test of claims HPLC melatonin content of different brands (see "HPLC-comparative test" day for the other two products tested). The scientist has had some problems with this extract capsules in a particular way even if the result looked more like 3 mg per unit, we believe that the actual content of the advertised quantity of melatonin in the product agree. Of course, other ingredients of interest to someBioavailability of the drug, but basically the good news is that you get what you want to pay.
Personally I find the softgel capsules less comfortable for the single sample and easily prone to respect each other. However, these points are really minor.

it really works – Gang –
I might sleep problem emphasized by an accumulation of work. Experience with this product capsule half an hour b4 bed. It really works after about 15 minutes, I felt sleepy and relaxed. I was fast asleep and woke up early with a joyful mood in the morning!

Maintained for 1 week under. Every night is a pleasant experience!

My wife and I often have trouble sleeping. We tried both, among other rules promote sleep. Some work well, but let's wake up groggy in the morning. After reading the post right melatonin on sleep, we decided to try it. I must say that this is the best of all, we have tried sleep aids. It allows you to get a great night's sleep without the lethargy in the morning. We intend to continue using this product.

The usiing this product for about a month. I used a cheaper brand that not only use it worked well.

I never sleep better than I was during the use of this melatonin. The time factor seems to really help the issue, as I wake up less often. I will continue to use and buy this product. I know they are much healthier when I'm sleeping better. Two people in my house got a bad cold and I have only mild symptoms. If you are not rested as much as me.
